NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Sections 9 and 11, and Chapter 41,
Section 81-0 and 81-T and 81-U,the North Andover Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing
as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for a Definitive Subdivision to subdivide Map 61,
Lots 16 and 34, and Map 34,Lot 31, into nine single-family
residential lots with municipal water and on-site septic, along with
an Application for Common Driveway St?ecial Pen-nit in
accordance with Sections 2.30.1 & 10.3 of the NorthAndover
Zonin«Bvlaw,within the R-2 zoning district and Corridor
Development District 3. The purpose of this notice is to amend
the pending hearing before the Planning Board to include Map
34,Lot 31 as a part of the Definitive Subdivision Application
and to include a new hearing for a common driveway serving
proposed Lots 16-7 and 16-8 of the proposed subdivision.
