The only land that you now own in North Andover is the fee interest in and to Stanton Way. We checked with the North Andover Assessor's Office this afternoon to determine whether or not Stanton Way is a separate taxable parcel. We were told by the Assessor's Office that it is not. Therefore, there is no taxable parcel of land that Cranfield Investments, LLC owns in the Town of North Andover so it would be impossible to obtain a Municipal Lien Certificate. Hopefully this will put this issue to rest.
