I offer the following continents. 1. An existing 6"PVC sewer stub for future connection for this property was installed several years ago as part of a Town Project. The stub should be used and can eliminate the proposed off-site sewer line as shown on Sheet 5. 2. The Town's existing 12-inch water main is located near the middle of existing pavement in Route 125. A Mass DOT permit and DPW Street Opening Permit will need to be secured by the applicant for the proposed 6-inch water line.
