application. Chris stated that the applicant had been before the
Technical Review Committee and that a number of issues were resolved.

A motion was made by Paul Hedstrom to continue the public
hearing until August 24, 1989 and direct the planner to draft a

by those present.

the Town Hall, Library/Conference Room. The following members were
presentc George Perna, Chairman; John Simons, Clerk; Erich Nitzsche and

A discussion took place on drainage. Mitigation of run-off will
