Assessor's Map 62;Parcel 19 and located in the Residential 1 Zoning District. PROJECT On July 2,2013 the Planning Board approved a Watershed Special Permit for the construction of a single family dwelling unit,a driveway, installation of utilities,stormwater management facilities and associated grading on an undeveloped parcel within 100 feet of a wetland and within 250 feet of Lake Cochichewick in the Non-Disturbance and Non-Discharge Zones of the Watershed Protection District. On December 20,2016 the Applicant requested to amend the existing plan and add a 12'x 14' deck with a landing and staircase to the back of the constructed single family dwelling. Underneath the deck will be E° grass and/or crushed stone.The deck will not be enclosed. FINDINGS The proposed changes are deemed to be Insubstantial and do not alter either the intent or the conditions of the original Watershed Special Permit.
