I intend to prepare the site and apply for foundation permit no later than July and possibly sooner, and to complete the related work and stabilize the site as quickly as possible. Wetland flags have been refreshed in the past week, and I plan to replace erosion controls or enhance them per the attached color-coded plan, pursuant to your consent and review on site prior to commencing any work.
