Hi Jean,
This correspondence is to formally request a one year extension to the Watershed Special
Permit issued on July 2, 2013, for property located at 1661 Great Pond Road (also referred to
as "Adjacent to 1665 Great Pond Road, Assessor's Map 62 Parcel 19").
1 currently have this property under contract to purchase shortly, and have attached an
authorization letter for submission of this request from the current owner.
understand that a first extension was granted on June 19, 2015, and that this would be the
final extension, if granted. I intend to prepare the site and apply for foundation permit no later
than July and possibly sooner, and to complete the related work and stabilize the site as quickly
as possible.
Wetland flags have been refreshed in the past week, and I plan to replace erosion controls or
enhance them per the attached color-coded plan, pursuant to your consent and review on site
prior to commencing any work.
Let me know if there is anything additional you need from me, and if you would like to review the

The undersigned, Suzanne Wright, Trustee of the Technical Training
Foundation, a.k.a. Technical Training Foundation Trust, is the record owner of
the real property known and numbered as 1661 Great Pond. Road, North
Andover, Massachusetts 01845, by virtue of a deed recorded with Essex County
Northern District Registry of Deeds at Book 5901, Page 155 (tide "Property").
As the record owner of the Property, please note that the undersigned
authorizes Thomas D. Zahoruiko, TKZ, LLC.:and/or Andover Consultants, Inc.
to execute, submit and deliver any and all necessary applications, forms and
supporting information for permits and approvals, to pursue an extension of
existing permits and approvals for development and , �)ii,truction of a single
family residential structure at the Property, and ta),wc specifically, the extension
of the existing watershed special permit and existing Wetlands order of
conditions as were previously issued with respect to the Property, and also
including without limitation, any necessary or desirable filings or submissions
