Great TRUST, a.k.a. Technical Training Foundation, under Declaration of Trust dated
Pond September 30, 1985, recorded with the Essex North District Registry of Deeds in Book
Road 2744, Page 144, as amended, of 1429 Osgood Street, North Andover, MA 01845 (the
' Ntort "Grantor")

MA ($275,000.00)
grants to TKZ, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, having a principal address
at 78 Great Pond Road, North Andover, Massachusetts 01845 (the "Grantee")
with quitclaim covenants
That certain parcel of land situated in North Andover, Essex County, Massachusetts, on
the northerly side of Great Pond Road, commonly known and numbered as 1661 Great
Pond Road, and which parcel is the easterly parcel shown on a plan (the "Plan") entitled
"Plan of Land of Ibrahim & Wensley El Hefni, North Andover, Mass.," dated February
25, 1966 and recorded with Essex County Northern District Registry of Deeds as Plan
No. 16824. Said parcel contains 41,745 s.f., of land, more or less, according to said
Plan. Reference is hereby made to said Plan for a more particular description of said
parcel. Meaning and intending to describe the same parcel which is also shown as "Lot
B" on a plan recorded with Essex County Northern District Registry of Deeds as Plan
No. 17168.
This conveyance is made subject to and with the benefit of all variances, permits,
easements, rights, restrictions, covenants, conditions, takings and other matters of
record, insofar as the same are now in force and applicable.
Without limitation to the forgoing, this deed is granted subject to and with the benefit of
the following:
1. Variance granted March 14, 1966 with notice thereof recorded at Essex North
District Registry of Deeds in Book 1066, Page 499.

2. Watershed Special Permit dated July 2, 2013 and recorded at Essex North
District Registry of Deeds in Book 13606, Page 129, as extended, and the terms
and conditions of Section 4(a) of such decision, and by accepting and recording
this deed, the Grantee agrees, for itself and its successors in title to bound by
such conditions, as follows:
i. Fertilizers are limited to those which are either organic or slow-release
nitrogen and phosphorous-free.
ii. The "Limit of Clearing" shall be as noted on Plan No. 17168 and no further
clearing will be allowed on the parcel.
iii. Native vegetation will be used in landscaped areas.
3. Subject to Grant of Easement recorded at Essex North District Registry of Deeds
in Book 14592, Page 232.
The premises hereby conveyed are not homestead property of any person and all rights
of homestead therein, if any, are hereby forever waived and released.
The premises being conveyed hereby are a portion only of the land conveyed to Grantor
by deed dated July 31, 2000 and recorded at Essex North District Registry of Deeds in
Book 5901, Page 155.

This Letter of Agreement is between the the above named Independent Monitor and the North Andover Planning
Board for monitoring services to be provided at the above mentioned Project Address,and in accordance with

copy of that Decision has been provided to the Independent Monitor' L (initials of Independent
Monitor) By initialing,the Independent Monitor acknowledges receipt of e Decision and an understanding of
the conditions/restrictions set by the North Andover Planning Board.
The Independent Monitor also acknowledges and agrees that helshe is providing monitoring services for the
benefit of the Town of North Andover and is not the project owner or applicant, and does not have a financial or
personal interest in the project. Further,the Independent Monitor understands that she/he may not act as the
project owner's agent,representative,partner,employee or joint-ventu rer on this project.
The Independent Monitor agrees to immediately report to the North Andover Planning Board,via the Town
Planner,any violations of the terms of the Decision listed above,as soon as observed or otherwise become
known to the Independent Monitor.This report is in addition to regularly scheduled monitoring reports_
TheIndependent Monitor understands that the failure to perform under this Letter of Agreement,to the
reasonable satisfaction of the North Andover Planning Board,will be grounds for said Independent Monitor to be
excluded in this role for any future projects which are within the jurisdiction of the North Andover Planning Board,

Re: 1661 &1665 Great Pond Road Construction Schedule
Hi Jean and Jennifer,
Pursuant to the decisions of record regarding these adjacent lots, below is the proposed
construction schedule.
May 2016: install erosion controls, prepare stone cleaning access pad beside 1665 driveway;
excavate 1661 foundation
June 2016:construct 1661 foundation, backfill/grade/stabilize
July 2016: demolish 1665 residence, re-establish retaining walls and regrade for new residence;
begin framing 1661;install utilities and driveway 1661, stabilize disturbed areas
August 2016:construct 1665 foundation, backfililgrade/stabilize, begin 1665 framing
September 2016:stabilize all disturbed site areas
October 2016:complete construction 1661
November 2016: complete construction 1665;cleanup. _
