If Maintenance funds were spent on that, it would need to be raked,filled in,look at the equipment (example:bolt missing), then let the DPW know, Details still need to be worked out regarding the surface(turf or other)cost, Maintenance of playgrounds remains an important issue. other Business A question was raised at Historic Commisslon Meeting: In regards to the Old Burying Ground,can they in danger of damaging headstones? Many need architectural features (Important) and you can make the argument that there is water damage, but if it is just'good for business'then that will not cut it with CPA,so they must stress that. Considerations were: no buffer between fields and fence for people who have been living there a long time, location of Hayes Stadium and Food Hut(no longer used), poor drainage, and the availability of 3 town-owned house lots nearby.
