then let the DPW know, Details still need to be
worked out regarding the surface(turf or other)cost, Maintenance of playgrounds remains an
important issue.

SE wants to put some sort of proposal in relation to the bathrooms. Many need architectural features
(Important) and you can make the argument that there is water damage, but if it is just'good for
business'then that will not cut it with CPA,so they must stress that. They cannot take out anything that

Carriage House W. Dolan and W, Hansen are passionate about Carriage House and plan to clear stuff
out of It, but that will not stabilize It.Suggested was: to not let It deteriorate and force a decision. Come
up with a decision and then if it costs a little more money to button it up so that It won't deteriorate any
more, than let us know what It's going to be, but don't Just let that happen and then In two years, have
to tear it down.Another popular suggestion might be to Just tear it down.Other suggestions were
meeting rooms, rooms for ceremonies, etc. What would it cost to stop leaking and water damage? If
not fixed, clock Is ticking, condition will get worse, forcing a decision.A common fear Is that roof will fall

Middle School Athletic Complex
Re-doing Middle School Athletic Complex will be a multi-step project. Considerations were: no buffer
between fields and fence for people who have been living there a long time, location of Hayes Stadium
and Food Hut(no longer used), poor drainage, and the availability of 3 town-owned house lots nearby.
Meeting adjourned at 8:15
