Committee was Ir consensus not tofund Aplin Playground Submission Request, Becky's Pond
Submission Request and Cochichewick Lodge Window Replacement Subm Ission Request this year, and
to remain as place holders, but not to fund this yean Open Space Purchase(Rockwell Property)and
Open Space Purchase (Manzi Property). (As they are not rnady.) �

Discussed were� housing policy,CPC's ability to veto, matching funds, not ascalable proposition, CPC �
approval to be required,the contingency of allocating money if criterla Is met(matching funds), possible �
subsidy funding and funding from other sources as well, Criteria would Include: must be a North
Andover family,CPC rnust approve, and a 'set time'contingency,Suggestion made to have AH Trustees
re-present.
Ridgewood Cemetery Enhancements Submission Request
Concern regarding what lies underground? Ledge?And stabilizing existing ground.
Suggestion was made to fund Initial amount with conditions. (prior to town meeting)
Also suggested was to have Ridgewood Cemetery Trustees come back with more knowledge of what Iles
beneath the pavement surface.

Administrative Costs
Approval to fund a reserve for Affordable Housing,$701<-$80€<
Motion was made by W,Gordon to recommend approved funding for the following articles at Town
Meeting:
Bradstreet School Memorial Project $ 24,000
Feasibility Study—Middle School/Hayes Stadium Athletic Complex $ 50,000
Playground Renovation—Franklin School $100,000
Renovation of Former Fire Station $575,000
Stevens Estate--Bathroom Restoration $ 50,000
Administration Costs $30,000
Seconded by T.Holland
Vote was unanimous
Motion was made by W. Gordon to approve funding for$100,000 for Affordable Housing Trust with
stipulations lncluding:
• CPC gets veto power
e AH Trust comes before CPC to present their plans
o any un-used money returned to CPC at end of year

Motion was made by W.Gordon to approve funding for$594,400 for Ridgewood Cemetery
Enhancements with the condition of solidifying the scope of the project regarding contents under the
surface of the driveway and concerns that might drive the cost of the project up.
Seconded by T,Holland
Vote was unanimous
Motion was made by W.Cordon to approve funding for$40,000 for Stevens Estate—Carriage House
with condition that stabilization does not exceed$40,000, and further discussion of building's future.
Seconded by T. Holland
Vote was unanimous
Motion was made by W.Gordon to approve Reserve Funding(dollar amount forthcoming)for
Affordable Housing.
Seconded by C,Gangl
Vote was unanlmous
