The Planning Board voted to accept without prejudice, the withdrawal of the Frontage Exception Special
Permit, filed by the applicant for the above referenced premises. A motion was made by R. Rowen and a
2nd was made by M. Colantoni. The vote was unanimous, 6—0, in favor of the motion.
