Attached is the 3-Lot Subdivision Plan which is being submitted as a supplement to the Definitive Plan Application.
Our engineer will submit signed and stamped full-sized copies to your office later today.
am copying Town Counsel to ensure that they have a copy of the same because the attached plan is what we will likely
work off of for purposes of the conveyance of parcels to the Town.
I understand that John and other Board members may have additional comments, but the attached is our formal definitive
plan.
