Exception under sections 7.2.2, 10.3 and 10.31 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant proposes to subdivide the existing 7.4+/-acre
parcel into two(2)lots.The property is located in the Residential 2(R-2)zoning district.

authorize the reconfiguration and replacement of the existing driveway with stormwater and drainage enhancements and install a patio and in ground
