Modification" and 1 Year Time Extension,for a modified plan dated April 05,2017of a Prior Decision granted by
the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals on June 28,2016 and was recorded at the North Essex Registry of
Deeds on August 08,2016,Book 14735 page 106#19531,dated 08-04-2016 @ 1:42pm.
The following voting members were present Albert Manzi III,Ellen McIntyre,D.Paul Koch JR.,Allan Cuscia and
Doug Ludgin.The following Associate members were present: Alexandria A.Jacobs
D.Paul Koch Jr.made a motion to Grant this as a Minor Modification and I Year Time Extension from June 28,
2016,Petition 2016-002,of the Variance(s)from Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaws 10 feet(Dimensional Requirements)
(Front)the requirement is 30 feet, 1.5 feet(left side)the requirement is 15 feet, 10 feet(rear)the requirement is 30
feet for the construction of an addition and garage. The proposed modification would relocated the originally
granted diagonal addition to the right side of the main structure and relocate it to the rear of the main structure
parallel with the existing structure.No additional Variances were required.
Allan Cuscia seconds the motion to Grant this as Minor Modification to approve a modified plan dated April 05,
2017 and 1 Year Time Extension.
Those voting in favor were:Albert Manzi III,Ellen McIntyre,D.Paul Koch JR.,Allan Cuscia and.Doug Ludgin
5-0 Chairman declared it approved.
