THAT, the BROOKS SCHOOL, a Massachusetts Corporation having a usual
place of business in North Andover, Essex County, Massachusetts, (hereinafter
called the Grantor) , for consideration paid, grant to MASSACHUSETTS ELECTRIC
oav]PANY, a Massachusetts corporation and to New England Telephone and
Telegraph Company, a New York corporation (hereinafter calked the Grantee) ,
with quitclaim covenants, the perpetual right and easement to construct,
reconstruct, repair, maintain, operate and patrol, for the transmission of
high and low voltage electric current and for telephone use a line of two push
brace poles (which may be erected at different times) , over, across and upon
Grantors (being Lot 2) land in North Andover, Essex County, Massachusetts.
said push braces to enter from Great Pond Road and cross to land now or
formerly of Grantor (being along the westerly boundry) and to become
established by and upon the final survey and marking thereof by the Grantee.
Also the perpetual right and easement from time to tine without
further payment therefor to trim and keep trimmed along said push braces, such
trees or underbrush as may in the opinion of the Grantee interfere with the
efficient and safe operation of push braces, and to renew, replace, add to and
otherwise change the push braces and each and every part thereof, and to pass
along said push braces to and front the adjoining lands for all the above
purposes and the removal of the push braces. Said Great Pond Road and Lot 2
shown on Town of North Andover Assessors Map 103. Great Pond Road and
Grantors land also shown on Plan 677 recorded in Essex North District Registry
of Deeds.
it is agreed that the push braces shall remain the property of the
Grantee, its successors and assigns, and that the Grantee, its successors and
assigns, shall pay all taxes assessed thereon.
This deed is given also in release of any and all dower, curtesy and
homestead interests and all other interests by statute or otherwise of the
Grantor hereto.

hereto affixed and these presents to be signed in its name and behalf
