Dear Mr. Belanger:
Without waiving our objection to the manner in which you have proceeded in this matter,
and in the interest of trying to reach an amicable resolution, I enclose a Proposed Parking Plan
for 56-58 Church Street from a licensed surveyor.
In addition, in response to your demand, we located floor plans for the rental side of the
Property (56 Church Street), which are also enclosed, We believe these are the floor plans that
were submitted to the ZBA in 1971, when the Board approved the variance for the Property.
We have been unable to locate floor plans for the other side of the Property (58 Church Street).
Although my client has been unable to locate Building Permits for the work completed
some 45 years ago to create the 3-family, he is certain that all such permits were issued. That
makes sense to us, given the fact that Mr. Kollens father went through the legal process of
obtaining a variance. It seems logical that he would also observe the building permit process.
In addition, I understand that many of the Building Department's files were lost in a flood
in 1998. We request that you disclose whether the Town's files related to this Property were
lost in that event, or at any other time, That could be the reason you are unable to locate those
permits in your file.

Finally, as of today, you have not responded to our request for a meeting on site to
discuss parking, something which the Zoning Board requested we do before their next meeting.
Further, you have not rescheduled the fire department inspection of the premises with us, which
you cancelled last week.
We await contact from your office on all issues, and stand ready to discuss them with
you.
