Charles, then in a southerly direction along Lake Cochichewick a distance of nine hundred and twenty five feet(925') more or less, to a stone wall or its extension at land now or formerly of Edgewood Farm, then in a westerly direction along the stone wall a distance of eleven hundred and sixty feet (1160'), more or less,then heading northerly along a stone wall a distance of one hundred and eighty-six feet (186'), more or less, still by land of Edgewood Farm, to a Private Way known as Lane to Pond Pasture,then in a northeasterly direction along the southeasterly edge of said Private Way a distance of sixty feet(60'), more or less, then turning northerly with the easterly edge of said Private Way a distance of twenty-two feet (22') more or less to a stone wall or its extension, then leaving the said Private Way and continuing along the stone wall in slightly more northerly directions, a distance of seven hundred and eleven and a half feet (711.5'), more or less, to a corner of the wall, continuing along the stone wall as it turns an approximate right angle to the east, along land now or formerly of Mary F. Scale 1" = 200' dated January, 1959-- Ralph B Brasseur, C.E. recorded as Plan No. 3827 at the Essex North District Registry of Deeds; "Pond Pasture" contains twenty (20AC) acres, more or less, according to said Plan No. 3827, and reference maybe had to said Plan No. 3827 for a more particular description of"Pond Pasture". Together with all rights,easements and rights of way appurtenant to the foregoing property, including without limitation the Right of Way over the Lane to Pond Pasture as described in that certain Grant of Mutual Easements dated March 24, 1959 and recorded with said Deeds in Book 891 Page 167.
