for a Land Disturbance Permit in connection with proposed construction of three detached single-family homes with
site grading,driveways,and service utilities. The property is located in the Residential 2 (R-2)zoning district.
CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING: 0 Great Pond Road and 1193 Great Pond Road North Andover Solar
C: Application for a Land Disturbance Permit in connection with development of a 1.1 megawatt,
ground-mounted photovoltaic array over approximately 5 acres of a 33.26 acre parcel located across Great Pond
Road from the Brooks School. The property is located in the Residential 2(R-2)Zone.
CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING: 500 Great Pond Road,North Andover Country Club,Jeff Isbell and
JohnMorin: Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Sections 4.136, 10.3 and 10.31 of the North
Andover Zoning Bylaw.The Applicant proposes construction of a patio/fire pit area with associated landscaping in
the Non-Discharge Zone and Non-Disturbance Zone.The project is located within the Residential 1 (R-1)Zoning
District.
CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING: 25 Orchard Hill Road,Grac°epoint Community Church,Bob Lavoie:
Application for a Special Permits—Corridor Development District, Site Plan Review and Parking,under sections
8.1, 8.3, 10.3, 10.31 and 16 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant proposes to convert interior of
existing gymnasium building into a conventional church facility for worship,assembly and office use.Principal
exterior change consists of addition of new main entrance on easterly side of building to include accessible entrance.
This project is located within the CCD3 Zoning District.
