8 SITE VISIT: 1600 Osgood Street(Osgood Landing),North Andover MA: 'four of the facility related to the
9 proposed Cannabis Cultivation and Innovation Center and amending the Zoning Bylaw to create a Marijuana
10 Overlay District at 1604 Osgood Street.

24 The tour will consisted of stations situated throughout the building where they are proposed to be located. The
25 group stopped at each station and a representative gave a brief presentation on each: Cultivation(Operational.
26 Process, Water Site Plan,Exhaust Air and Odor Controls), Harvesting, :Drying, Trimming, Extraction, Packaging,
27 Propagation,Vegetation, Security and Innovation.

34 MOTION: P. Boynton made a motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by E. Goldberg.
31 The vote was 5-0, unanimous in favor.Meeting adjourned cr,7:56 p.m.
