Certificate of Compliance
Dear Commission Members:
Enclosed you will find 5 copies of a record drawing of current conditions found at 65 Saile Way
based on a field survey performed on:May 10,2004. Some of the conditions found in the field
varied from the approved plan last revised 11/13/00. The variations from the original plan are
as follows: '
• The actual house built is larger than the house shown on the plan. Proposed
house dimensions shown were 26'x70'. The maximum dimensions of the actual
house are 72'x88' with many jogs. The base part of the house is 40'x60'. No
part of the house is in the 100-foot buffer zone.
• The entrance of the driveway is located at the same location as shown on the
approved plan. The driveway on the subject parcel was moved from the
proposed location to the north side of the house. The driveway in both scenarios
is partially located in the 100-foot buffer from the resource area across the street.
A stone swale is located on the westerly side of the driveway.
• Retaining walls, patios and walkways are located on the site, which were not
shown on the approved plan. The patios and walls are shown on the plan. The
walls on the west side (front) are located inside the 100-foot buffer. The
approved plan showed a slope to construct in this area. On the easterly side of
the house (back) a wall was added to provide a small flat area in the back yard.
Patios and walkways were added. The wall is partially located inside the 100-
foot buffer as shown on the plan.
These variations will require approval of the commission prior to issuance of a certificate of
compliance. The site is stabilized. If you have any questions or require additional information,
