Deck Replacement and Enlargement
Conservation Conditions of Approval, NACC #199
Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (A) (l3) of the North.Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,Michael
Tabola, applicant/home owner, filed for a small project for work proposed at 55 Feller Road,North
Andover.The proposed work includes removal of an existing deck and replacement with a larger
deck as depicted on the herein reference plan.
During the October 1.1, 2017 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation.Comtnission voted
unanimously to approve this project. The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation
Commission and any and all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/home owner. The
applicant is responsible for determining property boundaries. All.work shall conform to the
following:

The following conditions are hereby mandated:
CONDITIONS:
1. Prior to the start of work the applicant shall ensure that the site contractor has reviewed the
small project permit and is aware of the wetland resource area.
2. Prior to the start of work a pre--construction site will.be held with the homeowner and
contractor.
3. All work shall be done by hand including the removal of footers using shovels and pry bars.

4. Excess construction material shall be properly disposed of offsite. There shall be no stockpiling
outside of the driveway.
5. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization, please contact the Conservation
Department for a final inspection.
6. This,permit shall exvire nine months from the date of issuance.
