Construction Access for Pool Construction
Conservation Conditions of Approval,NACC #195
Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (L) of the North Andover Wetlands Protection regulations, Family Pools
Inc. filed for a small project on behalf of Betsy Tenenbaum (homeowner) for work proposed at 125
Peach Tree I.,ane, North Andover. The proposed work includes construction access for in-ground.
pool installation (pool more than 100 feet from wetland resource areas). All access is within lawn
area within the 100-foot Buffer lone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
During the July 12,2017 public meeting, the NACC voted unanimously to approve this project. All
work shall conform to the following:

Inc.
Filing received:June 13, 2017.
The following conditions are hereby mandated:
CONDITIONS:
1. Prior to the start of construction the applicant shall ensure that the site contractor has reviewed
the small project permit and is aware of the wetland resource area and the limits of the proposed
work.
2. Erosion control (staked hay bales and trenched siltation fence) shall be installed as shown on the
herein referenced plan and inspected by the Conservation Department prior to the start of work.
3. Excess construction material shall be properly disposed of offsite and accepted engineering and
construction standards and procedures shall be followed in the completion of the project. There j
shall be no overnight stockpiling of material within 100' of wetland resource areas.
4. Grass clippings deposited within the No-Disturbance Pone shall be removed and properly
disposed of off-site or composted within the existing maintained yard.

5. The edge of lawn/25-foot No-Disturbance Zone shall be monurnented every 30'wid-I wetland
markers (available from the Conservation Department$2 round, $3 square) to prevent further:
encroachment into resource areas. Approximately 4 markers (3 round and 1 square shall be
installed).
6. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization,please contact the Conservation
Department for a final inspection.
7. This -permit shall expire nine months from the date of issuance.
