Fence Installation Conservation Conditions of Approval,NACC #202 Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (H) of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,Betsy Tenebau , applicant/home owner, filed for a small project for work proposed at 125 Peach Tree Lane,North Andover. The proposed work includes installation of a vinyl fence and chain link fence within the 100'Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland as depicted on the herein reference plan.All work is outside of the 50-Foot No-Build Zone. Neither structure was determined to prohibit water flow or:wildlife movement. During the October 11, 2017 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission voted unanimously to approve tivs project. The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Cotutnission and any other necessary approvals should be obtained by the applicant/home owner. The applicant is responsible for determining property boundaries.All work shall conform to the following: RECORD DOCUMENTS: Small Project Filing Including: Application Checldist,backyard photos, Project Narrative, Proposed Fence Site Plan (present&proposed conditions), Received October 4, 2017 The following conditions are hereby mandated: CONDI'T'IONS: 1. Prior to the start of construction the applicant will contact the Conservation Department to schedule a site visit to confirm the location of the vinyl and chain-link fences. The location shall be staked prior to the site visit. 3. Excess construction material shall be properly disposed of offsite. There shall be no stockpiling outside of the driveway or installed erosion controls. 4. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization, the applicant will contact the Conservation Department for a final inspection. 5. This permit shall expire six months ftom the date of issuance.
