HomeMy WebLinkAboutDecision - 642 TURNPIKE STREET 8/18/2008 ,AORT{ ��t$to rb��Ct 0 0 ACHU CONSERVATION DEP Community Development Division August 18, 2008 John&Karen Carroll 11 Woodbridge Road North Andover,MA 01845 642 Turnpike Street/0 Innis Street, North Andover Unpaved Walkways,Vegetation Planting, &Installation of Crushed Stone Access Area Conservation Conditions of Approval, NACC #44 Pursuant to section 4.4.2 E,G&J of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,John and Karen Carroll applicants/ owners,filed for a small project for work proposed at 642 Turnpike Street/0 Innis Street, North Andover. The work consists of cleaning the existing yard of waste and debris, establishing and seeding lawn areas,installing planting beds and native plants, and installing crushed stone paths and a crushed stone nursery storage access area within the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland(BVW). Fencing along southeastern property boundary is also proposed. All work is outside the 50-foot No Construction Zone as shown on the plan referenced herein. The Conservation Department conducted several field inspections of the site,the last on August 7,2008. During the August 13,2008 public meeting,the North Andover Conservation Commission(NACC) voted unanimously to approve this project as described above. The following conditions were hereby mandated for the proposed work: RECORD DOCUMENTS: Landscape Plan,0 Innis Street,North Andover,MA Prepared by Oak Wise Design Landscape Services Dated: 28 July 08; Project description prepared by John Carroll dated:July 30,2008. CONDITIONS: 1. Erosion controls established as part of an Enforcement Order on the site shall remain in place until the site is stabilized and work is inspected by the North Andover Conservation Department. 2. Excess material shall be properly disposed of off site and all stockpile areas shall be located more than 50-feet from resource areas. 4. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization, please contact the Conservation Department for a final inspection. 5. This permit shall expire on Tune 1,2009.
