The work consists of removing two trees (Larches) within the buffer zone of Inland Bank associated with an Intermittent Stream and Bordering Vegetated Wetland(BVW). All work is outside the 25-foot No-Disturbance Zone as shown on the plan referenced herein. The Conservation Department conducted several field inspections of the site,the last in October of 2008. During the January 21,2009 public meeting,the North Andover Conservation Commission(NACC) voted unanimously to approve this project as described above. Previous Small Project Filing, Denied 11/19/08 DEP File #242-1412 CONDITIONS: 1. All work will be conducted more than 25-feet from delineated Bordering Vegetated Wetlands. Stumps shall be cut at grade and left in place. An underground pipe connecting drainage on opposite sides of Crossbow Lane shall not be disturbed. 3. Excess material shall be properly disposed of off site and all stockpile areas shall be located more than 50-feet from resource areas. 4. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization, please contact the Conservation Department for a final inspection. 5. This permit shall expire on September 1,2009.
