HomeMy WebLinkAboutDecision - 172 SUMMER STREET 8/28/2009 f NORTH O ttt`ec °q4, O M A �pSSACHUSE��h CONSERVATION DEPARTMENT Community Development Division August 28,2009 James and Linda D'Angelo 172 Summer Street North Andover,MA 01845 172 Summer Street, North Andover Fencing Conservation Conditions of Approval,NACC #60 Pursuant to section 4.4.2 H of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,James and Linda D'Angelo,applicants/owners,filed a small project request for work proposed at 172 Summer Street, North Andover. The work consists of installing fencing within the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland(BVW) and an associated vernal pool. All work is outside the 25-foot BVW No- Disturbance Zone as shown on the plan referenced herein. The Conservation Department conducted a field inspection of the site on August 21, 2009 and agrees with the proposed fence location. All work will be conducted more than 25-feet from delineated Bordering Vegetated Wetlands. No soil disturbance shall occur inside of the 25-foot No-Disturbance Zone. 2. No additional clearing shall take place on the property without a filing. Recent clearing will be addressed by the Conservation Department through the issuance of an Enforcement Order. 3. Excess material shall be properly disposed of outside of the 100-foot Buffer Zone. 4. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization, please contact the Conservation Department for a final inspection. 5.
