Conservation Conditions of Approval, NACC #62
Pursuant to section 4.4.2 J of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,Nunes Trabucco
Architects, on behalf of Stevens Corner Limited Partnership (owners),filed for a small project for
work proposed at 75 Park Street,North Andover. The work consists of excavation associated with the
construction of a 100+/-square foot section of a window well as part of the renovation of an existing
building located at the intersection of Park and Osgood Streets. The closest point of work is
approximately 87 feet from a jurisdictional wetland resource area on the opposite side of Osgood
Street.
During the October 21,2009 public meeting,the North Andover Conservation Commission (NACC)
voted unanimously to approve this project as described above. The following conditions were hereby
mandated for the proposed work:

CONDITIONS:
1. Accepted engineering and construction standards and procedures shall be followed in the
completion of the project.
2. Excess material shall be properly disposed of off site and all stockpile areas shall be located
more than 100-feet from resource areas as shown on the record plan.
3. Erosion Control shall be installed according to the approved plan including: installation of
a silt sack in the Park Street catch basin and erosion control around all stockpile areas. In
addition,the existing drain pipe shall be blocked during construction to prevent sediments
from entering the drainage system.
4. Once all erosion controls are in place and prior to the start of excavation,the applicant shall
contact the Conservation Department for a preconstruction inspection.
5. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization, please contact the
Conservation Department for a final inspection.
6. This permit shall expire one year from the date of issuance (Due to a delay in the issuance
of other related permits, this permit shall expire one year from the date of delivery-March
15 2010).
