The work consists of installation of a 10'x12' shed on"non-permanent" supports'(i.e. cinder blocks) with minor land preparation. The proposed shed is located 51 feet from a Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW) and outside of the Riverfront Area to Mosquito Brook which is located in the northern portion of the site. Work will be conducted outside of the 50-foot No Construction Zone. This small project is issued in addition to an Order of Conditions issued for the property under DEP File #242-852 and a Negative Determination of Applicability issued in June of 2008 and does not replace any of the conditions or requirements referenced therein. During the May 19,2010 public meeting,the North Andover Conservation Commission(NACC) voted unanimously to approve this project as described above. Accepted engineering and construction standards and procedures shall be followed in the completion of the project. 2. Prior to the start of construction, the applicant shall stake the proposed shed location in the field and contact the Conservation Department for a preconstruction meeting at the site. 4. All disturbed areas shall be re-vegetated following construction. 5. Upon completion of construction, the applicant shall contact the Conservation Department to schedule a post-construction inspection. 6. This permit shall expire November 20,2010.
