Conservation Conditions of Approval,NACC #79
Pursuant to section 4.4.2 J of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,Timothy Willett
and Gene Willis,North Andover Division of Public Works (DPW), filed a small project request on
behalf of the Town of North Andover for work at 170-172 Sutton Street also known as the North
Andover Thrift Shop. The proposed work includes the removal of an existing deck and associated
stairs. The old footings will be removed and a new 5'x 5'landing and stairs will be installed as
shown on the attached plan. Work will be conducted 26'from the edge of Bank associated with
Cochichewick Brook and 20' from the edge of Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW) at its closest
point. The North Andover Conservation Department agrees with the location of the wetland
boundary and approves this work as a small project because of the reduction of impervious area
within Riverfront Area and Buffer Zone.
During the December 15,2010 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission
(NACC) voted unanimously to approve this project. The following conditions are hereby mandated:
