The proposed work includes removal of six (6) white pine trees and one (1) oak tree more than 50' from the edge of Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVD as shown on the herein referenced plan. The trees are on the edge of the existing yard and will be removed without the use of heavy machinery. Erosion controls are not necessary. During the August 24, 2011 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission (NACC) voted unanimously to approve this project.
