Tree Removal
Conservation Conditions of Approval,NACC #87
Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (J) of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,John Mabon
(owner) filed for a small project for work proposed at 5 Woodchuck Lane,North Andover. The
proposed work includes removal of six (6) white pine trees and one (1) oak tree more than 50' from
the edge of Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVD as shown on the herein referenced plan. The trees
are on the edge of the existing yard and will be removed without the use of heavy machinery.
Erosion controls are not necessary.
During the August 24, 2011 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission (NACC)
voted unanimously to approve this project. The following conditions are hereby mandated:

CONDITIONS:
1. Excess material shall be properly disposed of offsite.
2. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization,please contact the Conservation
Department for a final inspection.
3. This permit shall expire one year from the date of issue.
