The proposed construction includes repair and replacement of a rotted porch deck including new framing and deck supports. In addition a pre-existing deck will be replaced in the same footprint adjacent to the porch.All work is more than 80 feet' from the edge of Isolated Vegetated Wetland (IVW) as shown on the herein referenced plan. During the October 10, 2012 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission (NACC) voted unanimously to approve this project. Stapinski, RPLS CONDI'T'IONS: 1. Prior to the start of construction the applicant shall ensure that the site contractor has reviewed the small project permit and is aware of the wetland resource area and the limits of the proposed work. 2. The brush pile located in the wetland area shall be removed and disposed of offsite. No brush shall be dumped or stored within 25 feet of the edge of the wetland. 4. Excess construction material shall be properly disposed of offsite. 5. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization, please contact the Conservation Department for a final inspection. 6.
