Following work,the area will be loamed and seeded. The proposed work is approximately 70 feet from Bordering Vegetated Wetland as shown on the herein referenced plans. During the May 29, 2013 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission (NACC) voted unanimously to approve this project. The following conditions are hereby mandated: RECORD DOCUMENTS: Small Project Filing including: Letter from Jim Kellett, Dated May 29, 2013 Sketch in pink and blue on photocopied plans— (original plan titled "Upgrade Plan of Subsurface Sewage Disposal System", prepared by Merrimack Engineering Services, dated 3-26-13) .Small Project—Application Checklist Dated: May 23, 2013 CONDTTIONS: 1. Erosion Control in the form of trenched and staked silt fence or other methods approved by the Conservation Department shall be placed between the work area and all wetlands as shown on the herein referenced plan. 2. Excess debris and material shall be properly disposed of offsite.
