Landscaping Plan
Conservation Conditions of Approval, NACC #115
Pursuant to sections 4.4.2 0) of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,Brian Palm,
representative for Brooks School, filed a small project application for work proposed at 1160 Great Pond
Road,North Andover. The work consists of removal of wood chips and approximately 25-30 stumps as
well as hydro-seeding and replanting with 3-5 native trees. All work will take place more than 50' from the
Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW) associated with an intermittent stream/drainage channel.
During the August 14, 2013 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission (NACC)voted
unanimously to approve this project. The following conditions are hereby mandated:

CONDITIONS:
1. Prior to the start of work the applicant shall ensure that the site contractor has reviewed the small
project permit and is aware of the wetland resource areas and the limits of the proposed work.
2. Hay-bales and silt fence or other method of erosion control approved by the Conservation
Department will be installed between the limit of work and the wedand resource area.
3. Excess material shall be disposed of properly at an off-site composting facility (Cyr Recycling Center in
North Andover or other appropriate location). No material shall be stockpiled on site.
4. Additional plantings will be trees native to Essex County.
5. Upon site stabilization,please contact the Conservation Department for a site inspection.

6. This Permit shall expire six months from the date of issuance.
