Essex and being shown as Lot 15 on plan entitled"Subdivision and Acceptance Plan,Osgood Acres,
Arthur Colgate,Owner",dated September 12, 1956, recorded with Essex North District Registry of Deeds
as Plan No.3373, bounded and described as follows:
EASTERLY by Colgate Drive,one hundred fifty(160)feet;
NORTHERLY by Lot 14, as shown on said plan,one hundred forty-one and 381100
(141.38)feet;
WESTERLY by land now or formerly of Alfred L,Gardyna and land now or formerly of
Charles J. Packard,one hundred fifty and 011100(150,01)feet;and
SOUTHERLY by Lot 16,as shown on said plan,one hundred thirty-nine and 911100
(1139,91)feet.
Said parcel contains 21,000 square feet, more or less,according to said plan.
Said promises are conveyed together with the benefit of and subject to easements and restrictions
of record insofar as the same are now in force and applicable.
Grantor(s)hereby release all homestead rights in said property.
Being the same promises conveyed by deed dated February 23, 1961, and recorded with the
Essex North District Registry of Deeds In Book 932, Page 51.
