DOLLAR ($1.00) -rants to

husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety,

together with any improvements and appurtenant interests, described in Exhibit "A," attached
hereto and evade a part hereof.
The premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of all casements, restrictions, rights
of way, takings, reservations, exceptions and covenants contained in the deed to the grantor
herein and in all other instruments of record, to the extent said restrictions, reservations,
exceptions and covenants have not terminated or expired.
Meaning and intending to convey the same prernises conveyed to the Grantor hereof by deed
of Jacqueline A. Ronsivalli, dated July 23, 2015, recorded with the Essex North Registry of
Deeds in Book 14311, Page 220.
