You will need to show the Cultec infiltration system on the plan, and provide design details for all the structures. It is also up to you to ensure that the depth is adequate to prevent freezing or frost damage. Rebecca, you might want to check with Jennifer as to whether the plants called for on the proposed landscape plan meet the criteria for native species that require minimal watering and chemical application. I suspect some do not. Lisa D. Eggleston, P.E. In the curved area or the pool deck the trench drains are not possible and it is planned to capture the runoff utilizing 2 yard catch basins. The basin would be placed down slope of the deck adjacent tot he landscape bed. The raised landscape bed would enable the runoff to collect to permit entry into the basins. All the structures would be routed to an underground Cultec system for recharge via HDPE pipe. Questions: Is the use of the shallow landscape CB's acceptable to you to capture the deck runoff from the curved area of the deck? Along the HDPE pipe runs do you prefer clean-outs or manholes at bends? Anything I may have missed that you know you will request? FYI this is the final landscape plan-I will submit it again with our site plan and drainage revisions George J.
