Dear Members of the ZBA:
We are owners of the property located at 56 Academy Road, and commonly known as the
Kittredge Farm. Our property abuts the property at 271 Stevens Street that is the subject of Mr.
Brecher's variance application.
We have reviewed the plan Mr. Brecher has submitted for this property, and we support
the issuance of the requested variance. We are particularly in favor of the historical preservation
aspects of the plan,have no objection to an additional house on the property, and believe the
proposed plan would enhance the neighborhood.
