2. Mr. Witticker - Lot 6 Patton Lane
A Notice of Intent has to be filed if any work is to be done
on the site.
3. Enforcement Order - Lots 7A & 8A Penni Lane
S. Follansbee attended the meeting.
He said what the commission asked him to do has been done, put
on site visit.
4. Tucker Farms
Bond agreement was suhuitted, when it is signed by the commissiot)
send copies back to T. Laudani.
5. Fuller Meadows
Order of Conditions have been recorded, the Bond agreement will.
be passed in by Friday.
6. Villa-e Woods - Dale Street 242-103
Send as letter to Mr. Foresta asking him to come to our March 6th
meeting to discuss the original plans.

8. North Andover Business Park - Enforcement Order
Enforcement,Order was issued at the site visit.
We would like a letter stating that the problem is taken care
UP then we will put it on a site visit.
Mot_ion. by W. Vicens to ratify the Enforcement Order issued on
file 242-193, North Andover Business Park to say no further
work will be done within 100 feet of Rt. 125, second A Lafond,
motion carries .
Send a letter notify the applicant of the motion.
9. Determination: Ilm

Cyr Engineering represented the applicant.
Motion by J. Lafond to issue a positive determination and that
a filing is required for the purposes of insuring that a adequate
sedimentation and erosion control plan is presented, second
W. Vicens , motion carries . W. Vicens abstained.
10. Continuation of the Public Hearing: Equestrian Estates
A Neve gave presentation.
Motion by A Lafond to close the continuation of the public hearing
to take information under advisement to issue the Order. of Conditions
within 21 days, second W. Vicens , motion carries .
11. The Pines
T. Neve will draft up a conservation easement for us to review.
12 . Enforcement Order - Lots A & 8A Penni Lane
Motion by W. Vicens to issue an Enforcement Order on lots A &
8A Penn! Lane because of
erosion and sedimentation control and the missing culvert,
second J. Lafond, motion carries .
13. Lot I Campbell Road
Michele will call on Friday to see if any work has started, if it
has we will issue an Enforcement Order at the site visit.
14. Order of Conditions : Lot 2 Chestnut Street
Motion by W. Vivens to accept the draft Order of Conditions on
lot 2 Chestnut Street as amended under the Town By-Law, second
Motion carries .
Motion by W. Vicens to withdraw request for a adjudicatory
hearing, second A. Resca, motion carries .
