1. Minutes of December 4, 1985
Motion by B. Mansour to accept minutes as amended, second J. Lafond, motion
carries.
2. Correspondence .
1. Tucker Farm Wetland Replacement Costs - J. Lafond will review for the next
meeting
2. Lot 36 The Pines - Changing the house location from the original plan submitted,
T. Peter will send a letter asking T. Neve exactly what he wants. W. Vicens
will review for next meeting
3. Mark Shea - Lot 51 Salem Street - plan change from original plan submitted
J. Lindon will 'review for next meeting
4. Lot 25A Equestrian - corrected colored plan we asked for was submitted
J,, Lindon will review it
5. Bear Hill Erosion Report from Designer Homes
6. Wetland Replacement Plan - Teoma Estates - J. Lafond will review for next meeting.
7. Planning Board - Coventry Estates, drainage issue

3. Site Visit Report
1. Lots 1, 53, 26 & 27 Bear Hill 'Compliance - Motion by J. Lindon to issue a compliance
on the above lots, second J. Lafond, motion carries.
2. D & F Appleton Street Compliance - Moiton by J. Lafond not to issue a compliance
on above lots, second J. Lindon, motion carries. T. Peter will send them a letter
stating uhy.
3. Lots 5, 6 & 7 North Liberty Street Order of Conditions
Motion by J. Lindon to accept draft Order of Conditions as written, second J.
Lafond, motion carries.
4. Enforcement Orders
1. Tucker Farms - Motion by J. Lindon to empower T. Peter to look at the site and
lift the Enforcement Order if it is compliance, secondJ. Lafond, motion carries.

2. Lot 2 Campbell Road - Motion by J. Lindon to have T. ,peter look at the mulch
and lift the Enforcement Order if it is ok, second J.. Lafond, motion carries.
Lot 3 Campbell Road - mulching is done
3. Village Woods - T. Peter lifted the Enforcement Order
Motion by J. Lindon to have T. Peter call the applicant tell him he can work
on the roadway only, any other work", we need extra haybales and a decision
in writing about the watershed zoning, second J. Lafond, motion carries.
4� Town Farm - no plan yet, T. Peter will call Tom O'Connor to tell him no work
may continue until the plan is submitted and approved.
5� The Pines -;- T. Peter will go Zook at the site
6. Teoma Estates - deceived plan - put on next agenda
7. Lot 33 Vest Way - Joe Peters attended the meeting, we want a plan showing
existing and proposed contours for the Commission to review and approve
5. Determination; Lot A Marbleridge Road
kh.drew Wail represented the applicant.
We want him to satisify section 10. 57 item 2b-3 in the Wetland Rules and Regulations
and also see if a topo is available, this should,be submitted by next Tuesday..
Motion to continue the public hearing until December 18, '1985, second, motion
carries.
6. Re-Open Public 'Hearing: Wintergreen Estates 242-265
Phil Christiansen repre6ented the applicant.
Motion by J. Lafond to continue the hearing until 1' week after receipt of information
requested, second J. Lindon, motion carries.
Information requested: reducing the heighPf. the wall,,,scope of work reduced, "
leave less of a drop into the wetland, P. Christiansen will c-heck with B. Cyr
about modification of the slopes.
7. Public Hearing Lot 5 Berkeley Road
Lot 6 Berkeley •Road
J. Cushing represented the applicant.
Motion by J. Lafond to close both the public hearings onlot 5 and lot 6 Berkeley
Road., take the information under advisement & write Order of Conditions, -second
J. Lindon, motion carries.

8. Old Business
1. French Farm Village - send them a letter saying we want an answer to our
last letter by next meeting
2. Lot 33 Bear Hill -- T. Peter will check the site to see if erosion control measures
are in place. The Enforcement Order has not been lifted., no more work may
take place until erosion control measures are taken.
3. Lot 1 Essex Street - W. Vicens review plan
Motion by J. Lafond to have J. Lafond take submitted information to review
and prepare a revision to the Order of Conditions by the next meeting,
second, J-! iLindon, motion carries.
4. Cablevision J, Cushing, B. Place, B. Cyr and representative from Cablevision
agreed at the site to do the work J. Cushing recommended
5. Chestnut Green - J. Lafond review information submitted
Motion by Jim Lafond to send them a letter saying the information is not
a significant change and reference the revised plan so that it may be
recorded, second J. Lindon, motion carries.
6. Oakwood - T. Peter to go out to the site, she will
look for wetlands
7. ABC Bus Company - put on next agenda
8. School Sites - T. Peter and J. Lafond will set, up a meeting with Mr. Gobel
and br. Berriall to discuss sites
9. Development Committee - J. Lindon gave report
10. Enforcement Orders - J. Lindon will draft some guidelines for the Jan. 8th
meeting.
9. Steering Committee
Joel Szabat talked to the Commission members.
Motion by J. Lindon that the NACC supports application for state grant for strategic
plan for the town, 'second, motion carries, J. Lafond opposed.
T. Peter will draft a letter.
10. 1986/1987 Budget
Motion by J. Lindon to approve budget as amended to the A dvisory Board,
second, motion carries.
11, Order 61 Cdn-ditiong., Florence Estates
Motion by J.. Lafond to accept the draft Order of Conditions with a $10, 000. 00 bond,
second J. Lindon, 'motion carries.
12. Order of Conditions.- Lots 23 28'Porest Street
Motion by J. Lafond to accept draft Order of Conditions and issue, second J. Lindon
motion carries.
motion to adjourn at 11. 35 p.m.
