Elizabeth h Nell , Executive Director, of the Essex
County Greenbelt and Scott Moorehead. of Beta
Engineering attended the informal hearing tl- for
clarification of development stages . Mr. Moorehead
presented the construction of South Bradford StVeet
and road connections with existing subdivisions , as
well as possible school. location. A detailed wetland
flagging has not yet been conducted.
Elizabeth Bell- explained the negotiations with the land
swapping between Land Vest and the Esser County Greenbelt.
Fart of the negotiations were intended to keep the area
now called "Coventry Estates 2" as open space, limiting
the amo3.nt of arca to he developed., paved roadways ,
connections onto main road's etc . , .
