k. February Construction Schedule from Designer Homes re: rear Hill
Erosion control was. discussed with Thomas Goodwin of Designer
Homes. David Rand showed picturesoof the
erosion caused by the rain of 'March 14, 1956, and the erosion
sedimentation problems which occurred. J. Lindon motion to
issue an Enforcement Order on the lower half of Hear Hill
have developers bring in a plan for immediate stabilization,
long term erasion and sedimentation control. J. Lafond second
with stipulation to stop all. work on all open lots or partially
open lots on entire Bear Hill Subdivision until a plan has been
reviewed and accepted by NACC. J. Lindon second, motion carries .
T. Peter to get list of all open lots and send out Enforcement
Orders to all owners.

Public Hearin - Lot 3 Shar ner's Pond Road - Malcolm Rice represented
the applicant. J. Lafond motion to close Public Hearing, take matter
under advisement and issue Order of Conditions within 21 days . J. Lindon
second, motion carries.
Public Hearing ® Sideri Place m Joseph Cushing from Kaminski Assoc. ,
represented applicant. e submitted a project which is to be
considered as a limited project since a roadway must be constructed
across a wetland in order to get to three (3) lots. However, the
Planning Board approved a crossing that is three driveways wide. The
NACC discussed alternative crossing widths. J. Lafond motion to close
Mhearing and take matter under advisement to issue Order of Condi®
tions within Z1 days. J. Lindon second, motion carries.
Trombly Bus Co. - Enforcement Order Representatives from Trombly
provide a p an to t e NACC. A site visit will be made.
Smolak Farm Notifitr. Smolak that unless we receive a DEQE File # by
