withdrawal of previous appeal. Motion to use old file number,

Lot 4 Chestnut Street
Dr. Quinn of 176 Chestnut Street came into file a complaint
regarding construction going on next to his home. Site visit
to be made. The lot in question (4) had already received a
Negative -Determination in October 1984.
Barker Easement
NACC suggested Mr. Barker file Notice of Intent for sewer easement
His sewer easement would go through Town Property Conservation
Land. NACC would entertain trade of easement for some conservation
land.
Lot 33 VestWay
j Send all correspondence to Town Counsel. Request support of
Town Counsel as to just how to handle this case.
Trombly Bus
J. Lindon motion to Lift Enforcement Order, J. La£ond second
motion carries.
1499 Salem Street-B.Mansou+motion was made to lift Enforcement Order
on this property. J.Lindon second, motion carries .
North Andover Business Park
J.Lindon Motion to issue an Enforcement Order on Lot 5 - to read
"Stop work on Lot 5 until a meeting is attended". J.Lafondsecond,
motion carries.
Lots 2C and 3C Great Pond Rd.
Mr. Uampbell represented Ellco Inc. and requested the Enforcement
Order be lifted for Lot 3C on the basis that the lot is not
under the jurisdiction of the Act. Howexier, the Enforcemdnt Order
was notlifted. due to the previous decision made by the NACC:
that being that an Order of Conditions needs to be issued prior
to any work being done on this lot.
