Lots 67, 68 and 69 ® No problems
Lot 70 ® A knoll on this lot presents problems . No response from
owner. A plan was to have been presented. J. Undon
motion to issue an Enforcement Order of Violation stating
they should contact T. Peter to discuss stabilization
which has to occur before ariy work can be done on this Lot.
A Resca second, motion carries.
Blue Ridge Road and Detention Ponds
A plan was submitted for stabilization and work was to be
completed in the middle of May and work is still going on.
J. Lindon motion to ask Town Counsel to pursue the violation
on Blue Ridge Road into the detention ponds . A. Resca second,
motion carries .
Town Farm Reservoir
W. 'Vicens recd call from Tom O'Connor of Lally Associates
stating that area had been seeded., mulched. A site visit
to be made.
Half-Moon Woods
T. Peter to write Planning Board stating that a dry hydrant
was approved per our Order of Conditions . cceto Fire Chief
and Warford-Meadows . J. Lindon to review plan for next
Wednesday.
Florence Estates
ECB, Inc. ,and NACC spoke about J. Averka' s trespass problem.
ECS, Inc. will meet with Mr. Iverka personally, to solve
any trespassing problems .
Build 3 Chestnut Green
A final plan will be re-submitted for the Boards approval.
Lot 4 Salem Street
The owner Mr. Habib attended meeting, and discussed his
problem with the backyard. A site visit had been made
by T. Peter and J. Lindon and they came to the conclusion
that this was positive wetlands, therefore new 'plans will
have to be made. Board will site visit.

Lot 1 Carriage Chase Public Hearin
The owner Mr. Kasabuski wishes to erect a single
family dwelling. Phil Christensen represented client.
Plans presented and discussed. Jack Lindon motion to
close public hearing, take matter under advisement and
issue Order of Conditions within 21 d"ys . Bob Mansour
second, motion carries.
926 Forest Street - Determination
Jack Lindon announced a positive determination.
Discussion was made on how fill is going to be
removed from what was once a wetland area.
A Notice of Intent was requested. J. Lindon motion
for the Board to visit area so some decision could
be made B. Mansour second, motion
carries. Mr. & Mrs. J. Longveil the applicant were present.
Chestnut Green B1d . �� Public Hearin
Joe Lagrasse represented the owner, the Newport Group.
Engineer, Bob Daly was also present. 'There is an
excavation of 2300 feet of wetlands being filled.
Board requested a more detailed map regarding storage
of water, to meet with Board approval.
Make sure of calculations file reflect existing conditions
for Bldg. , #3. It was Suggested that T. Peter have this
matter put on the Development Agenda. J. Lindon motion
to extend Public Hearing, agreement was made for two weeks
extension. B. Mansour second, motion carried.
Lots 2428 Forest Street Public Hearin
Phil Christiansen represented Forbes Realty Trust.
A revised Notice of Intent was submitted. Discussed
wetland impacts . There was 2 ,328 feet of wetland disturbed.
and 90,000 square feet in buffer zone. J. Landon motion
to close Public Hearing, take matter under advisement and
issue Order of Condtions within 21 days . B. Mansour second.
Motion carries .
Laconia Circle Public Hearing
Lots IOB, 11A and 12A (Equestrian Estates) . George
Pelletier attended meeting. Problems concerning Common
Driveways . (Put on next Agenda) J. Lafond motion to
continue Public Hearing after receipt of additional information
