Jack Lindon made a motion of a Negative Determination with a stipulation that erosion controls be placed on East and West sides of property lines to protect wetlands and erosion controls around the cath basins. Lot 6B - Patton Lane - Enforcement Order Past owner (George Farr) sold this Lot to a Michael Capozzi, of 57 Lakeside Blvd. , North Reading, MA 01864. Board gave definitions as to filter fence, staked hay bales and Order of Conditions . J. Lindon voted to ratify Enforcement Order issued by T. Peter, B. Mansour second motion, motion carried. Lot 62A Bear Hill. Com liance Request T. Peter recommended no compliance, due to lack of letter from an engineer and until spotty areas are growing. Mr. Vasapolli, owner appeared before the board, the board motioned to empower Jack Lindon to investigate Lot 62A Bear Hill .in order to establish if area is stabilized enough for Compliance, and after receipt of letter from engineer. B. Mansour second, motion carried. T. Peter report on Bear Hill -Most of the Lots are doing pretty well except. for John Tuttle's construction of the way on Blue Ridge. They discussed possible action to replace wetland area. Site visit was scheduled. A. Resca motioned to empower site visit team to lift Enforcement Order if conditions have been met. Jack Lindon second, motion carried. Lot 22 Forest Street - Enforcement Order Per site visit by T. Peter who found stream strapped of vegetation. ,. French Farm T. Peter to contact owners of Lots 41-45 to request they clear out ditch on east end of lots for drainage purposes . Lots 41-45 will be raked and seeded by July 15, 1986. Deerfield Lane - Order of Conditions Plans were discussed at length with problems on flood control areas . Site visit planned. Will receive a one week extension. No wetland plan submitted to show area as it really is on the site. Erosion control plan needed. _ Concern with tree cutting as it could increase erosion potential . Land Acguisition Two notices of Land Acquisition - with the right of first refusal. Mary Sachuk Tel. 686-4671 - Her land is almost adjacent to the Harold Parker State Forest and she has contacted the state and they appear to be interested. Guy Richards propertyv formerly Forest Ridge Estates. Tenants option for first refusal. Thirty plus acres off Duncan Drive, owners Anthony and Kathleen Gi.ragosian.
