Minutes of Meeting of July 23, 1986

Lot 22 - Forest Street
Phil Christiansen of Christiansen Engineering and Kurt Young of the Preservation.
Service presented a wetland replacement plan for the applicant. L. Bruinooge
motioned they complete current work. by August 7th. NACC requested the
applicant to present an "As-Built" Plan when work is completed, then T.
Peter can inspect work and lift the Enforcement Order if this work is in
compliance. B. Mansour second, motion carries.
Lot 7 - Bear Hill
T. Peter reported that the Lot is now stabilized with erosion control
measures, and recommended that the Enforcement Order on Lot 7 be lifted.
L. Bruinooge second, motion carried.
Lot 33 - Greenwood East
Problem with filling in of wetland. Requested they attend meeting or
send in correspondence. Neither took place.
Lot 2 - Carlton Lane
Enforcement Order sent out asking them to attend meeting. No show.
J. Lindon suggested we give them another week.
Oakwood Estates - Lot 9 - Violation
Owner Garry Kelloway. T. Peter reported the existence of an isolated
wetland. The Planning Board required a request for determination be
filed in their Order of Condition's. The applicant will be requested
to attend next meeting.
No Enforcement Order sent. Need plans to show placement of house
and septic systems.

Meadows Pro erty ,
Discussion took place on Meadows Violation. A draft letter was
written explaining what items Mr. Meadows should include in his
Notice of Intent.
Tucker Farm
Discussion took place as to an extension for the wetland replacement
area deadline. J. Philbin requested to attend next meeting and put
on next week's agenda.
Lot B - Gam bell Road
Motion by J. Lindon was made to authorize A. Resca to issue a Compliance
on Lot B - Campbell Road after a site visit and review of the plans.
L. Bruinooge second, motion carried.
Lots D,E,and F - Appleton Street - Compliance Request
T. Peter recommended Compliance on Lots D.E and F Appleton Street
B. Mansour made a motion on the recommendation of T. Peter to issue
the Compliance. L. Bruinooge second, motion carried.
Hickory Hill
George Barker brought in a Preliminary Subdivision Plan to discuss
the possibility of acquiring an easement on Town Conservation Land.
The NACC discussed possibly trading wetlands for a sewer easement
onto Conservation Property. Mr. Barker will consider our request.
Wintergreen Estates
Peter Breen, owner of Rocky Brook Estates discussed a discrepancy
which T. Peter found on site of the border of the two subdivisions,
namely the wetland delineation and replacement plans. T. Peter to
notify Phil Christiansen of the discrepancy and to invite the
engineers for each project to our August 6th meeting if they so wish.
Lots 42-49 Chestnut Street
B. Mansour motioned that the change shown on revised plan dated
6/18/86 for DEQE #242-275 as insignificant. A. Resca second,
motion carried.

Jerad Place
Mr. Janusz attended meeting.
A plan will be submitted for next Wednesday. on
Conditions #13, 16 and 18. Condition #14 - J. Lindon to check on
erosion control. T. Peter to send letter on Condition #18 (for
Notice of Intent or Determination at time of filing.)
T. Peter to review plan for Condition #18.
Lots 1 & 2 Berry Street - Order of Conditions
L.Bruinooge motion to accept the draft Order of Conditions on Lots

Route 125 Bypass - Order of Conditions
B. Mansour motioned to accept the draft Order of Conditions on
Route 125 Bypass.L.Bruinooge second, motion carried.
