21-C Bear Hill
Mr. & Mrs. Pascarella attended the meeting. They requested to extend
the present culvert and to add additional fill to a ditch. A site visit
was made by the NACC on 8/19/86 to verify Wetland Resource Area, however
the members did not feel it was a wetland therefore, the proposed work
is not in our juri.sdiction.
Lot 1 - The Pines - Enforcement Order
L. Bruinooge motioned to ratify the Enforcement Order. . C. Schoene second,
motion carries.
Great Pond Estates - Order of Conditions
C. Schoene motioned for denial of the Project for
Great Pond Estates - DEME 242-365 - L. Bruinooge second. The vote . by
the. Commission was 4 for denial and 2 opposed (B. Mansour and A. Resca)
Lot 3 - Bayfield Drive
Merrimac Valley Health Services - Peter Fawn, Robert Donovan and James
Bourgeois of Channel Builders attended the meeting. Mr. Fawn and Mr.
Donovan represented the Lowell. Hospital. Alternatives to this revised
plan were discussed at length. The Commission will take this matter
under advisement. To be placed on next weeV s agenda.
Holt Road/Clark Street - Determination
Motion was made by A. Resca for a positive determination for the drainage
swale. L. Bruinooge second, motion carried.
203 Granville Lane - Determination
L. Bruinooge motioned to issue a negative determination with a condition
requiring erosion controlsbe placed as specified at the site visit of
August 19th and to be inspected by NACC before work can begin. C. Lowery
second, motion carries.

Tucker Farms
A construction schedule was submitted by Kurt Young,
He proceded to inform the Commission of the
progress of the wetland replacement area.
Village Woods
Attorney Barbagallo represented the applicant. A letter of ex-
tension for one year for the Order of Conditions was requested from
the applicant. A site visit will be made by the Commission.
T. Peter would be checking on the erosion controls. A request
for an extension letter is forth coming.
Meadows Property

C. Lowery informed the Commission off-her-research in reCarcT t the
amount of filling. The Commission will then make another site
visit - they will then proceed to plan for legal action to be taken
on this site if the engineer is not hired to work on a restoration
plan.
Deerfield Lane
There is a question as to whether Condition #18 was accepted last
week. This has been taken under advisement and approved, but do not
necessarily agree with the full detail of wetlands as shown on the
plan. T. Peter to write letter and mention Condition #16 in letter.
Coventry II - A,B & C
The Commission decided to hire IEP for a review of the Notice of
Intent and Calculations for a sum of up to $1,500.00 C. Lowery
motion we select IEP to review Coventry - A,B & C cost not to exceed
$1500. B. Mansour second, motion carries. Order of Conditions will
need extension.
