Minutes of Meeting of October 29, 1986
Present: J. Lindon R. Mansour

The following minutes were accepted by the Commission: June 11th, July 9th,
July 30th, September 17th and October 8th.
At 7:00 P.M. a meeting was held with the Planning Board to discuss Coventry
II A,B, & C. W. Vicens discussed items which were missing in the Notice of Intent.
1050 Osgood Street - Extension Request
J. Bourgeois representing Optrex Realty Trust. Plans were presented and discussed.
There would be a 2,000 square feet of fill into the wetlands. Replacement area
for the wetlands was sh own on an existing plan, as well as a revised plan. This
revised plan calls for 2,000 square foot of filling and 1: 1 replacement area.
It was suggest by B. Mansour that we deny the extension request and ask for a
new filing due to the significant changes of the revised plan. B. Mansour
motioned that we deny the extension due to significant changes on the plan,and
request a new filing. J. Lindon second, motion carried.
Lot 5A - Salem Street
C. Schoene rafiewed the" As-Built plan". After much discussion, J. Lindon
suggested to write to the owner requiring conditions in order to bring
this Lot into compliance. T. Peter to make a site visit with owner if explanation
is needed.
Carlton farms
T. Peter to review the file and expiration dates on all/Order of Conditions.
Lot 6 - The Pines - Site Plan Review
W. Vicens motioned to accept the change as insignificant. A negative determination
is still in order. However. , the NACC requires that the erosion control shown on
the plan be installed and inspected by them prior to start of work. J.Lindon second
motion, motion carries.

Ellen Chagnon's recommendation was discussed. W. Vicens will write letter to
owner, requiring a written response by December 1, 1986.

J. Tuttle, the owner, did not attend meeting. T. Peter to check
site for compliance to our Enforcement Order.
Lot B - Boston Street - Order of Conditions
J. Lindon motioned that we accept the draft denial Order of Conditions
for Lot B Boston Street, as amended. B. Mansour second, motion carried.
T. Peter to notify the Board of Health of our decision.
Boston St. , - Sewer Line - T. Peter to write D. Teoli re: Filing required.
Lot T-B Turnpike Street - Order of Conditions
J. Lindon motined that we accept the draft denial Order of Conditions
for Lot 1-B Turnpike Street as amended. C. Schoene second, motion carried.
Lots 1,2 and 3 Candlestick Road - Order of Conditions
C. Schoene motioned to accept the draft Order of Conditions for Lots
1,2 and 3 Candlestick Road, as amended. J. Lindon second, motion carried.
Coventr Estates - Order of Conditions
B. Mansour motioned that we accept the draft denial for the three
files on Coventry II - A, B and C, as amended. J. Lindon second,
motion carried.
Clark Street - Marco Industries - Order of Conditions
J. Lindon motioned that we accept the draft Order of Conditions
on Clark Street - Marco Industries, as amended. C. Schoene second,
motion carried.
CORRESPONDENCE
Willie to review lot line change for Lot 8AA and 9AA French Farm.
T. Peter to review plan of Lot 2 Holt Road from Planning Board.
B. Mansour motioned we close the meeting. Time 10:55 P.M.
