The Applicant is requesting a further continuance of the Board's hearing in this matter,from the
upcoming meeting date of February 14, 2017,to the Board's next regularly scheduled meeting of
March 14,2017.
As you are aware,the Probate Court has appointed a Temporary Conservator for Mr.Melvin.
The most recent conference of the Probate Court at which this matter might have been addressed
was rescheduled due to snow. Accordingly,the Applicant now requests the further continuance
of the Board's hearing on his pending Application to its regular March meeting.
I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused the Board,Town staff, or others interested in
this Application, and very much appreciate the Board's cooperation with this request.
I have enclosed a signed and completed time waiver continuation form.
