Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall located at 120
Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at 7:30 PM to all parties interested in the petition
of Brooks School, for property 1160 Great Pond Road (Map 0103.0, Parcels 0028), North Andover, MA
01845 in the R1 Zoning District.
The Petitioner is requesting a Variance from Table 2 Dimensional Requirements R-1 Zone:
Allowed Height 35 Feet
Proposed Height 48 Feet
Variance Requested 13 Feet
Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the Zoning Department located at
120 Main Street, North Andover, MA, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from the hours of 8:00-4:00,
Tuesday from the hours of 800-5:30 and Friday from 8:00 to 11:30
