Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (C.) of the North Andover.Wetlands Protection Regulations, Joshua
Seidel, applicant/home owner, filed for a sinall project for work proposed at 273 :Berry Street, North
Andover, The proposed work includes installation of a 6' x 10' (60 scl.ft.) shed on concrete
blocks/pavers. Work will be conducted more than 50' ftom the Bordering Vegetated Wetland
associated with an Ephemeral Pool. The house received a waiver of the 75' ]✓phemeral Pool No-
:Build Zone during the permitting of the construction of the existing house. The shed will be
installed within existing lawn and construction access will be over the existing driveway and lawn
area.
During the.April.23, 2014 public:nneeting, the NACC voted unanitnously to approve this project.All
work shall conform to the following:

resource areas has been included.
The applicanthas identified acid clearly marked all wetland resource area boundaries in the field.

agent thereof) drawing showing existing and proposed conditions and the delineated wetland resource
areas(see plan requirements below for additional detail).
