In addition to,the stone wall and foundation nder the existing barn,the plan is to re-shingle the Parson
Barnard house roof. The existing roof has deteriorated'faster than it should due to the shading of the
overhanging tree limbs and leaves. This application is to, request permissionAo remove afew trees
around the house and barn in order to complete the necessary planned renovations,. The site plan
shows which trees we would like to remove,that will inter erel with the planned renovations.
The reconstruction of the retaining wall will begin after the siltation fence and hay hale are installed.
The hay bale fine 'is,approximately 67 feet from the work planned., The earth work will he limitedt
mar weir later on the wetland side of the stone wall'. Any machine e werN, (masons lull r bob cat)will
e from the existing parking and gravlel area on the street side of the existing wall.
The re-rnll fing, trim, and ether repairs to the Parson Barnard house will require staging within 8 feet of

Certified and/or professionally prepared plans are not required. However, the North Andover Conservation
Commission or its designated agent shall have the final authority to detennnine whether the submitted
plans/drawings are adequate and include all pertinent information for review.
At a.minimum,all plans submitted shall clearly and accurately sho r the present conditions and 12roposed t
work and depict the location of all wetland resource areas within 10' of the proposed work. All plants must
be signed and dated by the person who prepared then.
The Commission mayalso require the following information on the proposed plans addition to the }
